gingerbread houses

Each year Mitch's mom likes to throw a gingerbread house making party for the grandkids. Since we were coming down for Makenzie's dr. appointments, she planned the party for while we would be there. She made them grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner and had a gingerbread house kit for each of the kids.

 

 

 

Alex got really into decorating her house.

I was pretty surprised by that.
