This year Mitch was on his OB rotation over Christmas. He didn't have a lot of time off, so we headed down to see our families when he had a couple of days off.
The girls and I started our Utah Christmas by visiting the Elves at Gardner Village with my mom. We had fun looking at all of the elves and getting a treat at candy shop!
That afternoon we headed back to Mitch's parents house to make gingerbread houses with grandma and all of the cousins.
After our nativity, the siblings and cousins exchanged gifts. We also gave Mitch's parents their gifts since we wouldn't be seeing them again before Christmas. It was a fun evening full of family and Christmas fun.
The next morning we headed to my mom's house for my Grandma and Papa's annual Christmas breakfast. It had been a few years since we've been able to make it, so I was excited to be able to go. We were given our traditional breakfast gifts and had a delicious breakfast. It was so good to spend time with my grandparents and extended family.

We had a good couple of days being able to celebrate Christmas with our families in Utah. It's always fun to be able to participate in traditions that we don't get to be a part of each year. We'll see what we get to do next year!
