Each year the residency hosts an adult only Christmas party. It includes good food, great company and a hilarious white elephant gift exchange. It's definitely worth hiring a babysitter to go! Mitch and I had a great time spending the evening with the other residents, faculty and their spouses.
The residency also puts on a Christmas party for all of the kids. All of the ladies in the office plan a party with cookie decorating, crafts and of course, meeting Santa. The girls love it!
We feel pretty blessed to be a part of a program that is so family friendly. They definitely understand that family is important. Christmas time is just one of the times that they show some love to the families of the residents. And it's so fun!
