I'm 3!

We celebrated Makenzie's birthday all day! She loved it! Mitch was lucky enough to be able to have the day off and my mom was in town. Makenzie loved celebrating! After her birthday party in the morning she played a bit and then we made her take a nap. She most definitely needed her beauty rest! After the nap she opened more presents, this girl was spoiled (not by us though)!

Mitch and I got her a Belle dress. She has Belle shoes and whenever she wore them she would tell me she was missing her Belle dress. She loved it!


We also got Makenzie a tiara to go with her new dress and a princess book. Alex gave her some Toy Story puzzles. I'm glad Mitch remembered to say something was from Alex. Makenzie liked that.

We went to Jade's Palace for dinner (maybe a new tradition - Chinese food). Our server brought out a little pastry with a candle on it for Makenzie. She was excited!




After dinner we headed home for birthday cake. We had Gabe and Katie over for some cake. They've celebrated Makenzie's birthday with us every year so far!

Makenzie has loved everything about her birthday celebrations. She should, they've lasted a couple of weeks now! Happy birthday Makenzie! Don't grow up too fast!
