Seriously?

I got up this morning to a dripping ceiling in our entry way. This is leak #3 in a year. I've already called and they said they would have someone over today to look at it. Let's see if that happens.

Update: They came, couldn't fine the source of the leak, sealed up the ceiling and left. 30 minutes later it was dripping again so I called the office again. They sent the head maintenance guy who, this time, found the source and set up for someone to come the next day to fix it. No one showed up. Fantastic! I guess I will be calling them again this week.
